We have a number of mailing lists available for rental. These contain mailing addresses only. To rent a list, submit a sample of your mailing material electronically using the form below. The review process may take as much as a month.
The lists remain the property of the CNS
All names and addresses are provided for one-time use, and the mailing list and any part of it is the property of the CNS. You must guarantee that the names and addresses will not be used in any way other than for approved agreement and mailing. We reserve the right to refuse any rental request.

Once you are approved
Upon approval, you will receive an invoice for payment. Once payment is received, we will send the list to you by email as an Excel spreadsheet. No refunds will be given after list distribution.
